JUVEDERM^® VOLBELLA^® treatment is a hyaluronic acid-based gel filler, which gives a soft, natural look with reduced swelling in comparison to other lip fillers. Our nurse injector have been certified to use JUVEDERM^® VOLBELLA^® dermal filler, creating another option for patients. This dermal filler for lip enhancement is unique due to its patented VYCROSS™ technology, which provides greater lift capacity and delivers natural-looking, long-lasting results. Not only does it boost volume, it also smoothes vertical creases around the lip line and provides symmetry to the lips. The unique formula of JUVEDERM^® VOLBELLA^® dermal filler is designed to produce less swelling after injection. It is the only hyaluronic acid dermal filler clinically proven in a company-led study to last up to 12 months with a single treatment. JUVEDERM^® VOLBELLA^® is injected with a very fine needle once into the lips or tear trough, depending on the area being treated. The filler is premixed with the effective local anesthetic lidocaine, making the treatment experience more comfortable. Swelling of the lips after the procedure may last from one to two days. Although rare, on some people the injection may cause some bruising. Makeup can be applied on the treated area and you may resume your normal activities immediately after treatment.
