Dr. Matthew R. Green joined Central Wyoming Skin Clinic in August of 2013. He is Board Certified in Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery and focuses primarily on the medical and surgical treatment of a variety of skin diseases. Dr. Green is a member of both the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for MOHS surgery. He was born in Las Vegas, Nevada and attended undergraduate studies at the University of Nevada Reno, graduating with High Distinction with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He went on to attend medical school and internship at the University Of Nevada School Of Medicine. Dr. Green finished his residency over a decade ago in dermatology at the University of Colorado where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Green is an avid outdoorsman with deep family roots in Wyoming and is happy to be serving the people of this great state.
Melissa is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Melissa has worked for Central Wyoming Skin Clinic for over four years, previously as a Registered Nurse, and now as a Nurse Practitioner after completing her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Walden University and passing her Boards in August of 2021. She has been a nurse for over eight years working in a variety of settings including a medical surgical unit, inpatient hospice, and Dermatology. Melissa received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Gillette College in 2013 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wyoming in 2016; she began working as a Registered Nurse in June 2013 with a particular interest in dermatology and was elated to finally join the field in 2017 with Central Wyoming Skin Clinic. Melissa’s dream has always been to pursue an advanced practice nursing degree to become a provider in Gillette and was lucky enough to find her calling with Central Wyoming Skin Clinic, providing dermatologic care to members of the community and surrounding areas. Melissa has been a Wyoming resident for over 18 years after moving from Oklahoma City with her mother and growing up on a local ranch thirty miles North of Gillette. Melissa enjoys spending her time in the beautiful outdoors with her husband and three dogs: going hiking, camping, and kayaking as often as they can.
Brandon Bennion is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and is Board Certified as a Family and a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner. Brandon has been working in the field of Dermatology since 2009 and has held a particular interest in this field since he was a child. He was born and raised in Denver, Colorado before obtaining a Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah in 2004. He has been in the nursing field since 2003 and earned his Associates’s Degree in Nursing from Casper College in 2009. He continued his education in nursing at the University of Wyoming and received his Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2012. He completed his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at the University of Wyoming in 2016. Brandon offers a holistic medical approach to those with dermatological conditions and enjoys the patient interaction that the medical field offers. Brandon is currently offering his services in Casper, Gillette, Rawlins, and Riverton. Brandon lives in Casper, Wyoming where he spends most of his time with his family enjoying hiking and skiing in the beautiful outdoors of Wyoming. He is also an avid Cowboy fan and can oftentimes be found at War Memorial Stadium or the Arena Auditorium on game day. Go Pokes!
